All incoming seniors must turn in proof of the required Meningococcal Conjugate immunization after their 16th birthday before the start of next school year. Proof of immunization may either be faxed or emailed to the nurse.  If you are unsure if your student still needs this vaccine or needs to turn in proof of vaccine please call the school nurse.
